All of our items undergo a thorough quality check in order to be added to our collections. Item is inspected again before packaged and sent to purchaser.
However, once you have received your order you believe your item is "damaged" and or missing something it is very important to contact our store asap via email informing us of damage. At this time in addition to a written description of damage please attach detailed photos of damage. This must be done with in 7 days of receiving package. Will not be processed if over 7 days. Tracking information will be referenced to confirm.
Once return is approved you will either a replacement or receive store credit. You will be notified with in 24-48 hours from the time request was submitted.
Damaged item must be returned to The Gude StoreHouse before credit is issued and customer is responsible for all shipping cost.
